CIS/MSA/IB Accreditation, November 2010

The International School of Uganda will be completing its 18 month accreditation process with a visit from ten teachers and administrators from the school’s three accrediting agencies. The Council of International Schools (CIS), Middle States Association (MSA) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) will be completing a joint visit during the week of November 6th – 13th.

Head of School The tragic and sobering Kampala terrorist event on July 11 makes school security a number one priority. In communication sent out to ISU parents and staff on July 13, it is stated that “School security has been identified, by the school administration and the Board of Trustees, as a topic that warrants close review.” And, that is the way we begin the 2010/11 School Year.
