The International School of Uganda has a multinational student body representing over 60 nationalities. The atmosphere generated by these students is one of co-operation and friendliness. ISU is truly a model United Nations at work.
Admission to ISU is determined by the administration. Admission is based on the following data required by the school:
- The potential of the applicant's ability to benefit from the academic program.
- The capacity of the school to meet the educational needs of the applicant.
- The ability of the applicant's family to meet the obligations stipulated in the enrolment agreement.
Should a grade reach its maximum capacity, a waiting list will be established and the school's Waitlist Policy will come into effect. The school may admit students at any time during the school year, provided they meet the admission requirements. Students will also be permitted to withdraw from school any time of the year.
When students withdraw to transfer to another school, ISU will provide appropriate records and other information at the request of the parents. Note: requests for records cannot be carried out until all stipulations of the enrolment agreement are met. The International School of Uganda has a bursary program for those families who are unable to pay the full tuition. For more details please contact the school.
