Tuition & Fees
Tuition is charged in US Dollars and is an annual fee payable according to the payment schedules shown below:
|(inclusive of finance charges)|
|Bus fees (optional)|
A one time non-refundable capital levy of $6,000 ($2,000 for ISU Alumni) is charged for all students entering Grade 1 or higher. For self-paying families this can be paid in two instalments over a period of two years.
A Re-enrolment deposit of $500 per student is payable in May each year. This will guarantee a place the following year for your children at ISU. This deposit will be deducted from the tuition fee for the following year. Families who notify the school in writing by early June that they will not be returning for the following year will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Due date for payments:
- Plan A: full payment by 10 August 2018
- Plan B: two instalments - due dates 10 August 2018 & 4 January 2019
- Plan C: three instalments - due dates 10 August 2018, 1 November 2018 & 1 February 2019
Payment may be made by bank transfer or direct deposit to one of the school bank accounts, or through the school business office by US$ cheque drawn on Stanbic Bank, Barclays Bank or Orient Bank.
Late payment of school fees:
Where any part of fees are not paid within 30 days of the due date, a student may be excluded from attending classes and a late payment fee of 1% may be applied to any overdue amounts. Students will not be permitted to participate in school sponsored trips, and school reports or transcripts will not be released, unless fee payments are up fully to date.
Refund of school fees:
School fees paid in advance are only refundable where at least four weeks advance notice of withdrawal is given. Refunds are calculated on a quarterly basis, no refund will be given where a student has attended for any of the quarter.
